I finally finish this and wouldn't you know it, deviantArt goes into maitenance mode. On the bright side, though, I friggin' finished something! Of course, it's a pretty simple picture, but, shhhhh...

So, this year and I think the last there have been a bunch of pins, merchandise, and plushies at the Disney parks of the standard characters as pirates, and I just the designs and concepts for it are so cool and fun that I really wanted to do one myself. I had to make up an hour an half for school on Saturday, so I drew this, and eventually got around to inking it and coloring it on Photoshop.

The colors of Goofy himself aren't the original colors because I kind of wanted to blend him with the parchiment-ish background, so I'll upload the original in my scraps. The clothes he's wearing also aren't the clothes he wears on the original merhandise, because I didn't have references. X)

I chose to dress him in a green coat with orange sashes and stuff because those are essentially his colors. I think if I had done any other color schemes he would've looked too serious and not silly and "goofy" enough. I'll save the awesome colors for any other characters I choose to draw like this. Pirate clothes are just too fun.

Oh, and "Gallow Guns" was the best G pirate name I could think of. -_-;;
